We know that Door Supervisors are usually the first impression of a venue and that's why we're dedicated to ensuring that guests receive a friendly service.

We also focus on integrating our operatives into the venue staff team to ensure a seamless operation and effective working relationships. We also know that there's more to a Door Supervisor than just preventing disorder.

Reputation and first impressions count therefore we aim to make sure that our Door Supervisors are:

  • Friendly & Welcoming
  • Customer Focussed
  • Well Presented and Smart
  • Trained and briefed about the venue
  • Able to reduce conflict through verbal communications
  • Know the local area and the people working around them

Due to our Loss Prevention experience, we are experienced and specifically trained to not only prevent disorder, but also to prevent other types of crime such as bag theft or drug use.
We continue to develop our staff in these areas through our training department.

Venue reputation can diminish very quickly due to re-occurring issues such as theft of personal possessions by pick pockets and thieves therefore as Door Supervisors we cover the whole scope of security to your venue.
Our policy is that security incidents shouldn't impact other customers or staff and that they should be dealt with effectively and efficiently. All staff are vetted in line with British standards.

Our management team engage with the local Police & Licensing and attend police-led briefings regularly.
